1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Block Breaker 2D ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Block Breaker 2D for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  • Use the Game for any commercial purpose
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Block Breaker 2D uses Unity Anonymous Authentication to create and maintain your game profile. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device and game installation
  • Any activity that occurs under your anonymous account
  • Ensuring your chosen display name does not violate these Terms

4. User Conduct and Display Names

When setting a display name for the leaderboard, you agree not to use names that are:

  • Offensive, vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit
  • Hateful, threatening, or promoting violence
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Containing spam or advertising
  • Promoting illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove or change any display name that violates these guidelines without notice.

5. Leaderboard and Competition

The Game includes a global leaderboard that displays player names and scores. By participating:

  • You consent to your display name and score being publicly visible
  • You agree not to cheat, hack, or manipulate your scores
  • You understand that leaderboard rankings may be reset periodically
  • We reserve the right to remove scores we suspect are fraudulent or obtained through cheating

6. Advertising

Block Breaker 2D displays advertisements through Unity Ads to support the free availability of the Game. By using the Game, you agree to:

  • View advertisements that may appear during gameplay
  • Unity Technologies collecting data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • The possibility of ads being tailored based on your interests

You can limit personalized advertising through your device settings, though ads will still be displayed.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Block Breaker 2D, including all graphics, user interface, scripts, software, designs, text, music, sounds, artwork, and other content ("Game Content") are owned by us or our licensors.

You acknowledge that the Game is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Game Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue the Game or any features at any time without notice
  • Change game mechanics, scoring systems, or available game modes
  • Reset leaderboards or player progress if necessary for game integrity
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Game for maintenance or other reasons

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Your scores or progress will be permanently saved
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The Game will be compatible with all devices

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Game
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Game
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will cease immediately. You may also terminate your use of the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services:

  • Unity Technologies: For authentication and advertising services. Unity's terms and privacy policy apply to their services.

We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of third-party services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the Game or on this page. Your continued use of the Game after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
